This....then come back and have a role with the Roosters like Fitzy, whether that be as a trainer/waterboy, or in some other capacity.

Unless he has a change of heart Mini has said many times he will not retire. I have seen comments from him where he talks about "making up for lost time".

I would think 300 games, Origins, Tests and GF's is a pretty outstanding career.

When he retires I don't see him as a coach, not yet anyway. I think his best work is done with sponsors and being an ambassador for the club.

I think he does that stuff very well and would probably have a job for life.

I think the Super Leagues fans would love to see a season of Mini. He is a very highly respected as a player over there.

Back with the roosters in a role within the club after next year. We need to keep bringing these players back into the club where opportunities present themselves after retirement to build a club culture which includes former great players.

The Roosters will make the best decision for the football club.

A professional sporting team does not leave these decisions to the player no matter how much he is treasured.

Jack, no ulterior motive from me. I just wanted a poll to understand the stats of what people think. So far the sample is too small to be meaningful, at this more indicative than conclusive, but interesting none the less.

I stated up front that comments were not as important as most of us have previously voted our thoughts. Also, I didn't want a Mini-bash or argument among fans. Respectful voting

Roger will be fullback next year imo.What Mini does is up to the club if he wants to go around again maybe the wing could be an option but its up to the club and the coach to decide.Politis and TR will do whats best for the future success of the club.
