I agree, as I don't want Ferguson here. The counterpoint, however, is SBW.

i was happy SBW was coming, he was a proven freak in league and union.... Fergo on the other hand came out of nowhere last season towards origin.... i was never convinced he was as good as everyone made out him to be and im still not convinced.... IMO Jennings is a better centre then Fergo.


We stood by Moga for 2 seasons just to let him go when his fit? that annoys me.... it annoys me he didnt get a shot under Robbo and in a team that is WINNING...i think he would have done a great job in our current team for a fraction of the cost and drama Fergo is going to bring. If Fergo proves me wrong and plays as good as his money suggests week in and week out then ill eat my words... but if you ask me now id say Moga over Fergo.

I know that I am a bit late to the party on this one, but for once I'm letting down my trust in trent guard.

I don't understand replacing Moga with Stapleton. I know Moga has been injured in recent times but why would we wait a year only to get rid of him when he re cooperates? and then replace him with a fringe firstgrader who has had 3 knee reco's in Stapleton. Doesn't make sense.

It won't decide whether or not we win a premiership or not but I would've like to seen Moga get a few more games here at the chooks. He had a great start to his career under B.Smith. Anyway Lucky we have N.McDonald who is a similar sort of player to Moga,.

Yep defence was always the biggest issue with Moga. If he was as good a defender as he was an attacker & visa versa I guarantee 99% of people on here wouldn't give two hoots about him.

I wish him the best but I think he'll struggle to hold down a position due to his defence.

SKD in his early days couldn't defend to save his life. Defence is something which can be worked on and improved over time.

I find the assessments of Taus defence therefore a bit bemusing.

Jenko was fragile defensively a few seasons back now is one of the best.

I agree that defense is more easily taught, but most of SKDs issues in defense early on were the clowns inside him. Soliola was one of the worst defenders positionally and in ability to read since Terry Hill
