  • Avoca beach resort

Just what they needed, a pampering in a luxury central coast resort, I thing not, a week on the Wanda Sandhills will do they job, and harden them up, they have gone soft, and even the pub side from Cronulla are even laughing at them now.

I'm sure it won't be as relaxing as it would have been had they won on Saturday night, the way Fitzy was talking the boys are going to cop a flogging this week after that substandard performance.

      TIT, Trust in Trent

he is a very well educated man and he knows exactly what he is doing. This loss to cronulla may end up winning us a premiership

There is a point to be made regarding physical punishment after a game like that, but that point lives in the past.
The way the players do the physical training during the season now is individually developed and has different levels of intensity depending on what part of the season they are up to. Its a real science now. It increases and tapers depending on many things.

          Avoca beach resort?
          Lovely.

          Any footy field nearby?
If there is, the first thing coach should do is take our wingers over to the edge of the field and show them the sideline...and tell them that that line is what they're supposed to be guarding...and stopping opposition players from getting past them along it, including catching crossfield kicks and simply taking one step and putting the ball down for a try.

It won't be a holiday camp I assure you.

The guys will be challenged physically and mentally.

The Panthers game will tell the tale.

I somehow doubt there going up there to be pamapered. I'd say a good old fashion flogging is on the cards.

They should be taken to Deniliquin for a camp

Avoca beach eh.Well deserved after copping the worst flogging this year.Hell after we get flogged in our next game why don't we send them to bora bora ? Hawaii is a pretty cool place too just the place for BBQ and the little rooter to kiss and make up.Tell you what they need and its not trips away to exotic places.A good old fashioned kick up the arse from the coach and mabye a coulple of weeks in reserve grade might work wonders,Cheaper too.

I remember back in 66 manly flogged us 56 to nil at Brookvale, the easts coach, forget who it was now made the entire team run 56 laps of the oval to get the message, we weren't flogged again that season, didn't win a game but jack Gibson came in as coach in 67 and got us to the semis!

I remember back in 07 when Manly flogged us 56 to nil at Brookevale.

                      We had no coach.

Indeed, I'm pretty sure the rule was that Braith and Pearce have to bomb the ball every time they touch it.

I am sure attitude will be discussed. I expect us to beat the panthers easily. There have been lots of upsets in recent weeks
