As others have said Andrew was one of the most talented footballers ever, our full back and 3/4 line listed here was a good one and then you had Freddy, I agree with Johnny Tobin said though about Lam, he tended to go missing in the big games[barring the semi against Norths].

Well SKD is a makeshift winger so you'd expect him to be out of position at times, though after an offseason training there he'll be okay.

I don't see why we need Burgess, even if we let SKD go we have players like Macdonald and Milne coming through.

I'd say SKD's been more consistent then Moa, Moa's been great but he's had a couple of shockers this year. Though yes Friend has been our consistent, hasn't had a bad game for two years. Though I reckon SKD is in better form then 2010 simply because his defence is much better, he's attacking at a similar level though.

I wasn't suggesting that Fergo would be back up to SKD, but I just find it hard to believe that he will be thrown into first grade immediately and displace SKD, having not played competitive football for over a year. He will take time to get back into first grade, at least a couple of weeks imho.

SKD has most definitely scored more tries then he's let in. The match winning try was hardly SKD's fault he should have been wrapped up before SKD got to him, and the other try was off a kick, I can't blame a player for being out jumped.

I've asked it before and I'll ask it again, who the **** is Joe Burgess? Some English world beater? I'd much rather the proven SKD over some pom.

As for inconsistencies well SKD has been our most consistent all year, he's a tackle bust king and is finding the line a lot and his handling has improved. He also played the majority of the last two years injured, while no excuse it would have hindered his ability.

I remember saying last year that SKD would return to career best form, I'm glad to have been proven correct.

Firstly, that can't be true. There's no real way to see if it is true, but even if there was, not every try scored on his side of the field is completely his fault.

When SKD is on his game, he is better than at least half of them as well. Yeah sure, he has a comedic error in him every now and then but in general he is a class centre. I remember everyone on hear suggesting we should go after Everingham from souffs as trade for Skid. Footy can be subjective at times.

Davos in addition to the ones you have mentioned I would add Dylan Walker, Will Chambers, Kane Linnett as superior and possibly Tim Lafai, Will Hopoate, Brad Tighe, Jamal Idris, Dean Whare, Simon Mannering (when he plays centre) Tim Simona and Gerard Beale to the list for starters who are the equal to SKD. I like SKD, he has played well this year, but he is not a top 10 centre, IMO he has far too many rocks moments.

Yeah you are right, it is very subjective...its why we have arguments about the footy in pubs, clubs, at the water cooler at work and in forums.
