We always seem to be the one team in the comp, without a genuine speedster on the wing, that can play the game, we have a lot of good wing prospects, but all a yard or two, to slow to nail a long range try. Why we never went was Kevin Nagaima, I think he is, now at Newcastle, I will never know, once he see's daylight, he's gone like a flash.

What I do know is that if it was SKD that was in Maubs position the other night, trying to score off that last play, they would never have held him up. He always finds a way to get it down.

I want him to stay.
He stuffs up a bit but he is x-factor.
Most of the time he doesn't know what he is going to do!
His running from our danger area has been great this year and his defence is improving.
He always gives his all.
His efforts to play with a broken jaw in the GF will never be forgotten.
I wouldn't want him playing against us cause he is too unpredictable.Last edited by Thirteen; 07-11-2014, 02:27 PM.

I don't get why people already have fergo locked in before SKD. Even if fergo stays out of trouble, which remains to be seen, he's been out of the game for more than one season. I doubt robbo will throw him in ahead of SKD, before he plays a least a handful of NSW cup games and forces his way into the side.
Our U20 players need time to develop as well. Elliott, Milne and Goodsell are definately no certainties to walk into firstgrade next season. Even McDonald needs some development and time in Newtown before he forces his way into the side ala toopsComment of the year:

We DO NOT need SKD.
RTS is missing thru injury atm.
Jennings gets injured a lot...plays Origin.
Ferguson isn't even registered yet...and if he is in future, he has a long way to go to cementing a GF spot.
MacDonald isn't up to the standard required to cement a FG spot yet....ditto Elliott, Milne and Goodsell.
SKD is tried and true in all circumstances...including Semis/Grand Finals...scored the winning try in 2013 GF with a broken jaw. He's tall, strong, and tough, and takes the ball up like an extra forward.
SKD, the backbone of the backline.
He's a good role model.
Pay him some more money to stay...he deserves it.
Get him a 3rd party contract.
