  • RTS - Once in a lifetime player

Easy to let the seasons drift by whilst enjoying the skills of freakish players but never truly appreciating what you're seeing until they're no longer there.

Hard not to smile whilst watching this video, two of my favourite players to watch and I'll be surprised if we are ever blessed to see a player with the moves of RTS in a Roosters jersey again.

    Enjoy

You could also add Andrew Walker to that list.

I have to agree with you there. Freakish player. Just wish RTS had Shaun's blistering speed.

If only TN, then he would be the perfect package!
The year 2013 marks the beginning of the Roosters next 'decade of excellence', and it will prove to be more successful than the last!

          Here's looking at you, kid.

And his ability to step inside at full flight.

Actually I have no doubt Roger can do this, he just doesn't for some reason.

I remember Walker more as a swerver than a stepper. He was my favourite player.

Yep, I think the pearl renouf had that swerve too, probably my favourite center to watch.

He could get faster. An offseason spent on speed drills.

I don't - for the life of me - understand why Johnson isn't The Face of the Game, as they say.

Fantastic player and athlete. Far more articulate than any other current player (with the exception of maybe Slater, Cronk and Smith), and a good looking kid.

But they don't promote him (or the game through him). Weird.

Apart from when they played us. I have never seen someone so elusive.

                            That's right.

Rod Silva had the best step I've seen in the tricolours.

                              More articulate than Sam Moa?
