Exactly, he was a non-event last year, and seems quite injury prone as well.

Still not sure whether Cherrington has it in him to be a week in week out consistent footballer. At the moment he's a bench player at best, and a limited bench player at that.

Mate Pearce couldn't organise a root in a brothel...

I know the one incident but we have to give him the benefit of the doubt with that one and just write it off as a huge mistake.

Apart from that I thought every performance he has shown and given something to the team. If attitude is shown through defence as some say then Sa and Cherrington aren't even on the same page.

We just need to get a bit more workrate out of him when he's on the field, which is Brian Smith's specialty. Along with Carney and Williamson I think they can form one of the most potent edges in the competition.
Do you remember his defensive effort against Penrith when he allowed the attacker to just breeze past him close to the line. Didn't even look like trying to stop him. That's all attitude if you ask me.

He is one of the halfwits that has no respect and a real attitude problem.

I have no specific examples except to say several people I know have dealt with him and not thought it a pleasurable experience. If he did not have huge potentential as a player he would have been punted a while ago
Thinks he is a gangster? He's had a very tough upbringing but under his tough exterior he's a real decent person... how can you make judgments about someone you don't even know?

He beat up his girlfriend twice. He pushed furniture at her and even pulled a knife.

Thats all I need to know to write him off as an A grade ****wit.

I am merely expressing opinons given to me by people that deal with him on a regular basis.
I hope he does turn out a good guy with the right attitude because he has plenty of ability, but given what I have been told it will take alot of work

don't apologise KB, he does think he is a gangster, e has the dress, the language the swagger and "sometimes" the bad attitude.

He can obviously play, he does act like a kid in a mans body most the time, in my experiance, a decent bloke trying to be something he isnt.

Getting a little sick of POS in the press, tbh. He puts out this feel good rubbish - the fact is, we'll be insanely lucky to have one junior come in and make a ripple in FG.

I hope to god I'm wrong, but half of these blokes will turn out to be Sisa Waqas.

Actually more then half will turn out to be nuffies.

he is the best recruitment man in the game, look at melbourne,i including the 20s team which won the comp this year, that HE recruited.

Give it time! You cant expect to pluck every 16 year old with talent and have them all make it too grade in 2 years and destroying the nrl.
Personally i dont think we will see many of pos recruits really inject thereselves till 2011.

dude who are you defender of the faithfull??

Just because you hold some position within the club doesnt mean the fans cant have an opinion after annus horriblis.

If I were Peter O Sullivan I would shut up and let the results do the talking.
He is getting paid a motza and so far we have not seen much at all for the investment.
