IMO was never big enough and isn't a good enough defender to play in the forwards.

Plays mostly centre or 5/8 from when I have watched him.

I'm still interested to see if we look for another back rower to replace SBW.

IMO we have some top young forwards but they are all props.

What about JWH going back to the back row? He started there if memory serves and he seems to get buggered in the front row and that's when his tackles become cite-worthy.

Might do Pearce good to get some tackle practice as he's been average at best in that department this season, he used to be a decent defender once upon a time.

My Pearce to Hooker deal was inspired lunacy but I thought the Jared to back row was actually sound thinking.
