The voice of reason, as usual.

There should be a job for you at Roosters Headquarters.

      Or your socks are down.

The NRL becomes a bigger joke every week.

The Dragons with the start are good things. The Roosters will rue the gift 4 points against Cronulla & Newcastle, they gave up.
Starting to think, even off the bat, Saints are a good bet.

The referees are a lame excuse, the facts are we were run down by sharks because we didn't respect the ball and couldn't complete sets and as for the knights game, whilst we were denied a fair try we really shouldn't of been in a position to lose that game in the first place. If we continue with the bomb strategy at the end of every set than we deserve what we cop.

I can't stand when so called supporters want to back the opposition. If winning a little money is compensation for a Roosters loss than you may as we'll not 'support' at all.

              This

There are a million other ways to make money in life. Betting against the team you support should not be one of them.

You can throw in Jeff Younis on the touchline and his blindspot when it comes to Brett Morris's feet !

I wasn't making an excuse for either loss. I do question whether JWH should have been sent off for using bad language.

LOL then you should sit down big fella!

Punting has nothing to do with loyalty or support. I like betting only on footy, I watch alot of it and its more about seeing how a team is trending and betting on it. I also feel a game comes around every few months where they get the odds wrong and I like to have a go at those games from a footy judgement point of view.

I think Easts are the favourites for Sat night butnot 3.40 favourites, regardless of betting I am 40yrs in at Easts and will be there till the end.

Its hard to say what makes a supporter or what the rules are, for me its a club membership!

Got to love the old "not a real fan" call.

Do I invoke the image of seeing Hugh McGahan taking off his boots and them being full of blood now? Or watching Kevin Hastings leading a bunch of nuffies to the brink of grand final victory not once but twice but being screwed by forward passes and doctors without morals? Or the dark times of suffering through Mark Murray's headless chooks era?
