  • Maloney on the footy show

Smart move. When BBQ is laughing and having fun he plays great footy and it rubs off on the rest of the boys, keep him on the footy show and let the rest take care of itself.

    Easts to win!

I watched cause Sonny was on, he kicked a mean goal at the end too. If Maloney ever goes down, Sonny is the man to go too.

SBW can do anything ...said he hasn't kicked a goal since the under 8's and tried persuading the lady to pick Jimmy, but he nailed the kick easily, without even really concentrating.

It was worth watching the Footy Show for the SBW co-host last night.

Showed himself as a very thoughtful guy with a good sense of humour too.

          And great kick!

I thought watching Sonny was like watching a car crash in slow motion. He hardly said anything. Was forced to hug Beau, and was clearly had to fake laugh to all the gutter jokes.

Best part was has little dig at Jimmy. saying he need to pull his finger out.

I thought SBW handled himself really well. He actually hugged Beau Ryan when he came on.
His comments regarding rL esp the bulldogs showed what a decent fellow he is. I think there might be a few people that changed their opinions of him last night

I caught the Maloney arguing with his missus bit when he turned into Michael Jackson. I don't think I've been more embarrassed for any other human being in my life. And coming after seeing George Brandis yesterday, that's remarkable.

Yep, sonny was forcing alot of those smiles.

He is probably the youngest person there, but showed the most maturity.

It does take a talent to make a person feel that awkward by watching him.

David Brent does it very well in the English Office.

It was nice to hear the admiration SBW had for the club last night; in contradiction to the rumblings going on at the start of the season it is also evident he has a great relationship with all the boys and will definitely miss them when he leaves. It was funny listening to him bag Maloney out all night too.

As for maloney, he appears fairly relaxed which will no doubt help him play his best football. He sounded positive about our chances (as did SBW) and had a similar relaxed state on Rooster's Radio this week. Hopefully their confidence transforms into results.

Yeah – I didn't like that at all.

It said "I'm not a Rooster, I'm SBW". I'll be honest – his star has faded somewhat in my eyes.
