Mate if it was any of our players that were folded over as Puke was I'd expect them to lash out with the boot when they had the chance. I'd also expect the club to fight such a charge if it occurred on one of our players.

The reff let pEnnis get away with far too much in that game. He should've been binned early on for his repeated niggle and back chatting to the Reffs. And he took a dive, he wasn't struck with a lace, he just wanted a Logie.

The wrestling doesn't work for me and I've never liked anyone grabbing me around the neck region. It's something in me that I don't take too kindly to. Luckily I have a large bulbous head and strong neck and it would be useless in most cases, their ain't much brain matter to restrict airflow to.

IMO Puke was bent in a nasty position. Probably not intentionally but in order to slow the PTB down. It's something that really needs to be addressed and if that takes a boot to the cheek well so be it. I've intentionally been kicked before in games and I've done it myself if someone is trying to be an arse.

Footy is a mans game, sometimes shit happens, what happens on the field stays on the field IMO. I know it's not popular or kosher these days but fark it, that's how I live. You wanna play dirty I'm gonna return serve, often and as hard as possible.

That all said Puke was just trying to get off the charge I'm sure. I say let him play and hopefully one of our pigs legally damage the little prick, Pingy style.

pEnnis is a very limited player skill wise so he over compensates by being a pain in everyone's arse. His suspended mate is the same IMO.

What gets me is he's been at the same caper for more than a decade. We know the Reffs have tip sheets. We know a few of our players feature prominently. But how pEnnis doesn't have a tip encyclopaedia is beyond belief.

The officials have let him get beyond the point it's even gamesmanship anymore. He is allowed to get away with more than any other player in the game.

Every tackle he made on Reynolds the other night he slapped him or tried to unsettle the bloke. It failed as Reynolds didn't react then put the game away in the later stages. I'm no Souffs apologist but fark me that game was like Origin 2, it made my eyes bleed.

The upside is The Boggs are butt average. They have zero bows in the arrow. Their tactics have been overplayed and from what I've seen they haven't got any other gears to go to. Their spine is by far the worst in the comp. they are purely where they are cos they struck early and won some close ones while a lot of sides were not aware of their tactics.

I'd gladly take Graham off their hands though. What a tough skillful oldskool Pommie carnt. Mozz like even.

I'd love to get them in the semis. I reckon we'd defend them into the ground then destroy them with skill.
