Wish Jakey a speedy recovery but I Think winning the comp is harder now he is gone he is an extremely important player for us ..more so than SBWTwo things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

Though it would be a devastating blow should Friendy be out for the season or any extended period of time, the most important thing is his health.
I'd rather him not be back this year if there is any risk of re-injuring or major complications.
Having said that, we desperately need him on the park!

Even if Friend is confirmed out for the season it won't change our odds a great deal. So I'd say you're just making stuff up.

As much as Jake will want to play this year the Roosters and Jake's family will put his health first. No one is irreplacable (admittedly in Jake's case sorely missed) but whoever comes in will play their role, everyone will still give 100% and most importantly Jake will be 100% healthy.
