I live in Coogee.

Randwick Council are a bunch of Souffs loving morons. The ex-mayor Bowen calls himself a "lifetime Souffs fan" on the website.

The council were "sponsoring" Souffs with councillors attending games when Souffs were lobbying for money for the Maroubra thing - which they got from council in the end (had the Feds stumped up).

Where was toothless tiger ICAC when that was all going on?

I used to live at Randwick so I gave that address always peeved when I lived there being told it was sad Sydney territory, that's a red flag to a n old paddo boy!

Guys many of us chooks fans live in Coogee so could you take the time to vote,it would be much appreciated, as it has come from us fans in the area complaining that the council are promoting souths in an area that is traditionally a Eastern subs Roosters area. Thanks

Getting annoyed with this Souffs banner thing ......I just voted, and here's what I wrote in the comments section ...

The Randwick / Coogee area is in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Ask any real estate agent, ask any cab driver, ask anyone who lives in the area ..they all say its the eastern suburbs. As a Randwick rate payer for a quarter of a century I'm bemused and annoyed when I see Randwick council showing its support for South Sydney, a team whose home ground is in the Parramatta precinct. The Roosters play out of the Moore Park area, they even support Easts House .... located just one block away from Randwick council.
Seems pretty obvious to me which team the council should be getting behind, and which team they want to appear to be on the bandwagon with !
