the hearing has just begun at NRL HQ, might be a while before we get a verdict, the club is going to challenge the definition of a shoulder charge, a lot may depend how much leeway the panel gives the club in comparing similar incidents that haven't been charged recently.

Gasnier was just saying on foxsports that he had talked to Robbo and it looks like we are going to try and get Napa off the charge completely rather than contest the grading.

if its true its very much an all or nothing strategy, I think they might have more chance of getting a downgrade rather than getting off completely.

I was just hearing on MMM with Sterlo this evening that if Nappa doesn't get off they can still go for the downgrade. He also said he thought he was a good chance of being completely cleared. If true we've nothing to lose.
