My understanding is he still would of got 2 weeks even if they just went for the downgrade. I suppose it's easy to be wise after the event.

How the **** that was initially ruled as a grade 2 shoulder charge I'll never know.

I think we're lucky Te'o was charged with a grade 2 chicken wing a few weeks ago, leaving the MRC with no room to maneuver for a harsher grading for Guerra given they were identical.

would have got 187 points if he plead guilty and got downgrade which is a 1 match ban

          That was my understanding too.

I've never heard of a downgrade from 2 to 1 that results in a 3 week suspension going down to 1 week.

              Seems to be.

Matai and Williams not even cited at all! LOL

              NRL...biggest joke ever.

              Guerra...cited.
              Napa...cited.

              Oh the hate.

Why the Club even gives the NRL one kind word is hidden from view.
The Club should do what other clubs do...answer two questions at the press conferences then walk out.

No wonder the Club is at war with the NRL.

If that is the case then it shows just how confident the club were in getting him off.

Clearly no-one still knows what a shoulder charge is... can't wait t hear what we have to day on this.

The only tactical error they made was underestimating the dills that run that joint. By allowing a downgrade they are effectively saying he is not guilty of a grade 2 which is what Napa was charged with.

NRL need to stop pretending that meathead ex-footballers are capable of becoming legally adept.

                          • So what happened exactly?
                            Guess as expected we lost.

It's high time the Club lined up the ARL Commission and its members...the buck stops with them...they're overseeing all this 'rubbish'.

                              • I thought it was 3 matches and only 2 with an early plea.

So we are back to square one?!?!
