FPN cops a regular bagging on here and has for years. Personally I would be very happy to see him back. I think he has been strong to consistent for quite a while. Not to mention that he is mental. Just what we need!

He is hugely underrated by the stats brigade.

He hits hard and he hurts. His runs are also damaging.

We lose a lot without him.

I am not 100% sure - but based on watching the games all year, Friendy is a ****ing hard hitting nugget. He just stops and drops any player that runs at him and that is obviously a massive benefit for our team... But i think that side of him, that hard hitting, no holds barred style of Footy is what lead to his injury... blunt force trauma to the chest.

To build on that, I don't think I have seen him wear much in the way of chest protection (those fancy black man bra's with padding) - I might be completely wrong, but could he benefit from wearing something like that, in hope that it will reduce the trauma (even slightly) to his chest - or is it like putting a bandaid over a severed limb?

I remember a telling comment made by coach Robinson earlier in the season: "He (Friend) doesn't get injured, but he does get hurt."
