As the week goes on I'm starting to feel more confident about our chances - a far cry from Sunday and Monday where I was down in the dumps all day, disbelieved at how we could possibly f*** up all the good work we did in the final 6 weeks. The team announced today further adds to the encouragement.

I feel if we get through the Cowgirls we will make the GF, and more than likely play the dogs. Would be a perfect way for SBW and Mini to bow out, with a win against them.

On the other side of the equation, I'm not looking forward to the hallow feeling that would be the result if we get knocked out. Going out in straight sets, after finishing first, and with having so much to play for, would leave a very bad taste in my mouth for a long, long time. Especially if it is due to a bad performance; if it was a ref blunder you'd be pissed off to the max (and it won't surprise me as im sure Badger and Co. will feel they owe the Cowboys after their f*** ups in the last two years), but at least you could use that as an excuse to try and get over it faster.

However, I'm staying positive as the likes of Cordner, FPN, SKD and especially Che and Jnr Jnr have all sounded bright about our chances this week and beyond

Easts certainly can win it, this years teams are very close and you only have to be off a little to lose..

IMHO Hayne doesn't rort us like the rest. He has a presence on field and seems to have better respect from the players than most of the other clowns out there.
It is the pocket refs and the vidiots that I fear. I really only focus on the main refs; not the pockets.

I don't think Hayne cheats and is the best of a bad lot.

Maxwell used to carve us up all the time...slightly better past couple of seasons.

Badger downright hates us and does c.... IMHO.
