Just looking at the following quote from Maloney leading up to last night's game:

Well, we got a great start, up 12 - 0 and they still came back, owned our forwards, their teenage centre owned our backs and they smashed us out of the 2014 comp.

In hindsight and looking at comments like Maloney's, was it stupid talking ourselves up all week and did we have too much arrogance?

All too late now of course as they are preparing for a GF and not "dark places" while we prepare for Mad Monday.
