  • 2 Home Games to be transferred to Wyong in 2015 season?

2 Home Games to be transferred to Wyong in 2015 season...is what someone told me the other day.

    If true...another outrage.
Thought the Club learnt had its lesson about transferring home games away from Allianz...seems maybe not.

Maybe we could play the Knights at Wyong.
Well, hey, it was always a roaring success at Gosford.

Please tell me that all our homes games next season will be played at Allianz.

Was that someone a voice in your head?

They would have to nominate a number of home games in the membership details,If there is nothing in that, then they cannot just move a home game. But our marketing are real geniuses, so I would not put it out of the question.

We won't be playing home matches at Wyong due to their being no proper infrastructure, back to Gosford however....

don't you just love paying again to go into your own hone game as a season ticket holder?

With 2 less home games at Allianz [possibly]...and an increase in price for a season ticket...marketing is playing a risky game, IMO.

Haha no way will it be played at Wyong, the oval holds around 3000 people max, maybe a trial but not an NRL game

                No, BB.
But there will be two home games in Darwin.

                Does that sound better?

That's only a touch to small if our figures were truly accurate as to how many people are at the game.

The field at Wyong isn't fit to graze cows on let alone host a first grade game

If we can move our feeder team to the central coast and own it as home (because it isn't Newcastle) then it could possibly be to us what the Gong is to St George.

The Gong is closer to Cronulla and Camden. However, it's Dragons territory thanks to the merger.

Different situation I know but if we can pull it off then hey... why not own the central coast? Surely local fans can connect with Maloney as a local hero. Doesn't matter that they're geographically closer to Newcastle and Manly. Neither team took the initiative to call them home!!

I hate it when we play there. We never seem to win those matches.
