I would like to see us get Nathan Brown as the assistant coach to replace JT. Brown has guided St Helens to the ESL GF and has said that he is coming back to Australia cause of his family. He is a smart coach and would bring in some good new ideas for us. If Robbo hasn't been that impressed by McNamara, replace him with Potter.

Potter in my opinion is the man to get the best out of RTS.

Whats Potter's coaching record ? Cause I only know what he did this year and...well it wasn't great, where as JT to me seemed like an astute tactiician and worthy of being part of our club.

You would think that Mini will be the man for the job there to help out RTS. For me I would go for Nathan Brown, and if McNamara wants to go or hasn't been up to scratch in Robbo's eyes, then bring Potter in for him.

It's interesting days ahead anyway, as this is an important decision. You would think that a decision will have to be made soon otherwise other clubs will race in and grab whats best quickly.

Garth Brennan is his name and Gus speaks very highly of him, so he would have to come into consideration.

To me Potter seems to struggle to convey his knowledge of the game to others. Listening to both JT and Paul Green discuss different facets of the game that defines good footy it's a stark contrast to the analysis Potter offers. The assistant needs to be a brilliant tactician and teacher. I highly doubt Potter is one. Losing JT will put an enormous strain on the team next year in my opinion because I just don't believe we can find anyone that good to replace him.

Can't argue with you there Brainiac, Browny is the man to deliver with a bit of Trent Barrett type treatment in order.

Because everything the tigers did of any quality this year was off their number 1's-Tedesco and Moses. He's an ex fullback, who despite the final finishing spot the tigers looked good until they got smashed by injuries and infighting, with half the roster of ours to start. Watch the attack from tigers game against the dogs and see what structures he out in ace for Moses. That's where I see Potters potential.

Mini for all his positional play and defensive communication couldn't 'create'. Work with Mini yes, but mini has never been creative fullback.
