Can't see them getting Merrin. Would like it a lot but can't see it happening.

        Can Ferguson kick goals?

When we get Foran in 2016 we will need a goalkicker.

He'll probably spend most of next year in wyong, learning to play against actual grown men rather than teenagers.

Matt Moylan did the same thing before becoming a panther regular.I heard somewhere than hastings has played some fb, which is interesting , especially given the fact he is a noted playmaker. He would come in handy if the RTS experiment did not work.

hahahaha, that's almost always the case on here although there are a few who know what's going on. There have been rumors in the past which have eventuated and there are some members who always seem to be on the mark.

On Merrin, I don't think he fits the style of play that robbo is trying to mould our team into. We have Guerra there right now who is alot more athletic and has more speed in his game. There are also a few youngsters who willcome through the grade next year. It's been a while since I have heard anything about Rhyse Martin, does anyone know how he is progressing?

Will he be in the team playing 80 minutes?

Not at fullback. Not at hooker and possibly not at five eighth.

He fits the mould of Robinson liking to have players with different body shapes though. Merrin and Moa have similar shapes, but most of our other forwards are tall rangy types eg. Cordner, Guerra, Evans, Napa

We got SBW and we wont get Merrin if we want him!

Merrin has had a gut full of the steelers they havnt offered him a contract I would say he is close to walking, time to offload the Rubbish like FPN a nice 3rd party deal for Trent and its done.

Spoke to Mini today at NRL lunch.
He said the club were interested in Merrin but is a matter of getting him into our cap.
Have we ever missed out on someone we wanted because of the cap?

Put the year down to the Penrith game and not having a proper pre-season.

I put the yr down to being 2 pigs short, we were soft this yr
I thought the signing of Tom Learoyd-Lahrs was a solid move by the storm he would have been premo value.
