I hope that TURKey has found you to stalk to. He keeps sending me PM's. He's freaking me out. Wish he'd go with his mob to fight the looneys in Siria. He'd probably be useless though cause i think he has a drinking problem. Always smashed with his 101's and cask wine.

I knew my place. Just a plodder.

I'm unsure does Gherkin understand the way the grades used to run???

          From memory Matts 15s, D grade 16s and 17s, C grade 18s and 19s, B grade 20s and 21s then A grade.

Usually you'd be graded around B grade of you were good enough. I wasn't that for sure.

Anyhow that missed the point of the exercise, as usual when you post on the forums.

One would think I'd know better by now.

Wrong, in the Penrith district matts was u 13's[back in the day], Followed by ball then J Flegg...C grade was 18's then reserves[B grade] then A grade.. Who gives a rats what RL experience posters have as long as it was a good experience... the reason I still love RL..

          Turk.

          Pauline Hanson is hot!

I played in the Easts comp and some years in the Souffs comp.

I know things changed as I got older.

We never had A reserves like they do nowadays, hence B grade being an age based comp, rather than what it is now for some. Or like a B grade actor, think PhoneChukka.

I know up here the structure is different for Group 18 and just across the border the GC comp is different again. Sydney is different again.

I never played in The Riff comp, but I know you know that Gherkin.

Can I change your name to Mherkin???

Mate he's been sending me PMs for years now, thru all his re-carnations.

AfricanArseMonkey was one of his best. Dang he used to crack me up with some of his PMs.

I'm glad he's now moved his attention on, well mostly anyways. I still get the odd selfie. Who wants to see the dill pickle.

While a lot more than necessary was made of it you can't really say it wasn't a great effort by Burgess who not only played on with the fracture but made 22 runs for 225m and 35 tackles. He could have had a quiet game from then on but instead was bloody valuable. The Channel 9 beat up was expected. They enjoy sensationalising and everyone knows that already, obviously in particular when it comes to Souths. SKD not getting mentioned at all was poor form. Tim Browne has played the entire finals series with a fractured skull but he's not a Burgess so no one will remember that effort.
Don't want to sound like a palm reader but after the woManly souffs game earlier in the year, I knew in the back of my mind this stitchup was on the cards.

The nrl got what they wanted, so hopefully now the refs can keep use the whistle when souffs are defending.
                Comment of the year:

Yes the vermin lovefest was sickening it but no different to last week when we played. I am not quite sure what your problem is with the who let the dogs out being played when the mutts ran onto the field They have been running onto the field to that song for about a decade now

Pretty sure the dogs would have had some input into the song played when they ran out.

That was the least of their problems.

Funny i was saying to my missus just before the game started that it all seems to be about 1 team. She doesn't really follow the game but commented "i've heard nothing about the bulldogs".

Yes it was nauseating but i've virtually watched nothing on tv about it or read anything about the game in the press since Sunday. Also makes it alot easier that i've got the week of work and haven't had to drive through souths area every day looking at all those flags everywhere. Head in the sand approach.

I live in Coogee and it's pretty bad.

One of my mates lives in Maroubra. He is in hell.
