I didn't watch the gf nor have I watched any RL related tv nor read any rl related news since the prelim. Since 1972 we have made 10 grand finals winning 4, we have won 7 minor premierships and we have featured in 14 prelims. We have also won 3 wcc's. In that same period souffs have made 1gf for 1 win. They have won 1 minor premiership and have featured in 3 prelims. As far as I'm concerned souffs can go and phuk themselves, they do not and will not ever hold a candle to us in any way and ATM I've never been prouder to call myself a Roosters fan. 2015 will see us again occupying a top 4 spot and it is exactly where we belong. There is a reason why we are the ONLY club to have participated in the premier rugby league comp in Australia since day 1.

And that reason is because Souths have gone broke more times than Spain. Whether it be through near criminal mismanagement, criminal theft or social re-engineering, they were saved because it was a populist bullshit thing to do.

Since 1976, we've had one man having our back, Nick Politis. I never want the wastrel son of a billionaire taking control of the Roosters to save it.

Every rl club is from working class roots.We don't play union.
When my grandfather lived in Sutherland st Paddington, it was a sh-t hole.

Bloody good effort to be the only club to play every season since the rebellion.

43 years is a long long time and the stats show that since professionalism in rl started and it did start in the 70's we have the toothless vermin well and truly covered. souffs can have their referee assisted win, give me our record any day. Oh yeah and did I mention phuck souffs.

Yes - look at Portugal. If you forget the last few hundred years, you see that they once had a vast global empire. Or how about Carthage? It was one of the longest-lived and largest states in the ancient Mediterranean.

How dare we now compare them unfavourably with current global powers! It's just choosing a date to support one's own theory of which countries are the more successful.
