Mata'Utia??? Seriously on the strength of 7 games in the NRL and one game against a minnow in PNG where any fool would shine. That is an absolute joke selection. He may go on to be a terrific player but his selection here is ridiculous. What about guys like Dale Copley who have performed strongly all season? Or even Will Chambers who played well in his Origin debut.

Out of all, Pearce deserved the call... Better he didn't for Robbo's preseason but deserved none the less..

Of our boys I thought 3 were carrying injuries. So why don't they just pull out like all the others. The NRL needs to learn a thing or two about burnout. Give the players a rest! Seriously do we need to participate in these nothing tournaments every season.

Selection is a massive advantage for the following year but playing in a losing team can undo all... A lazy hunge on the Sheep Shaggers should pay dividends.
