A few things learnt from today:

1. Jennings >>>>>>> Walker . Anyone who thinks otherwise is kidding themselves.

2. Australia is in trouble if Papalli is in their best 17. He is slower than MLK and very Lazy in defence. Both he and thaiday looks out of place. This is a good example of why stats can be misleading cause they did make some metres.

3. Mata'utia has a lot to learn in defence.

4. Some of these English players are quite good. I previously hadn't rated superleague but it does seem like the gap is slightly closing between the NRL and ESL.

5. Tim Sheens is a goose, although we have known that all along.

If Ingliss had grounded the ball, then it would have been a dropout. I didn't see the alternative view. All I saw was the finger over the ball.

We've come a long way with grounding decisions over the last two years and if that had've been called a try it would have put us back 6 years. Firstly it was called no try so if there is doubt it's no try. You couldn't definitively say his hand even touched the ball in my opinion. And lastly if you want to call the pinky touching the ball while it's coming back up a try then you're kidding yourself.

Just a side note, geez the Beau Scott over Guerra worked out great for Sheensy didn't it. What a joke of a coach that guy is now. He looked so confused when the Inglis try got called back for obstruction. But then again at least Wally Lewis isn't coach. He actually said Cordner deliberately stepped into the path of the England 7 to obstruct him. Wow it's called an overs line cos he's an option runner (not just a decoy) you imbecile. Bit silly from Boyd to run that line but he was playing all the way into the line which is what you want from your lead runners. Unfortunately that line is a dying art with the introduction of the no outside shoulder contact or it's an obstruction rule.
