Just had a look at Kennedy's stats. What the hell are people talking about he's improved?! He had one game over 100m out of about 7. Another 80m from 8 runs in 20 mins. Granted he wasn't given much time. But he still had a fair few errors and penalties by the looks of things. Didn't see those games so can only go off stats and they don't look all that outstanding to me. I'm jumping into the "hell no" club. Getting flashbacks of how frustrated I used to be with him.

I've never been a fan, but he'd be good as a depth prop on little money.

Salary cap wise, very difficult to buy a player late January.

As for MK, his problem has always been a lack of mobility in the ruck in defense, as well as a lack of playing smarts in regards to giving away stupid penalties. Weird for someone who off field is a very intelligent guy.

Hope like hell he has improved in these areas and that we are not giving up a young gun coz of his 2 yr contract.

Depending on how much the Broncos are paying, it could be a steal tho.

Yep agree wit ya JFC. I think it's a backward step BUT lets not forget that he was part of the champion team. Everyone remember LOD but we seem to forget he did OK in some games in 2013 which in the end got us in the GF. let's hope he's brought he's new 'no silly penalties' that he had at the Broncos...oh that's right, that doesn't count with the refs for the Roosters

Haha that's true mate. But the rest were around the 40-50m mark. Was really disappointed with FPN in the finals cos he'd started to pick up his workrate just leading in to them. Was averaging around 90m. His ruck defence is far superior to Kennedy's though. And he does put in little efforts like kick pressure that people don't tend to see. Don't get me wrong that's not enough to get you a grade spot if you make 30m regularly but I'm just saying he does have strengths. I don't know I just feel like when FPN is shit it's because he's not doing much. When Kennedy is shit it's because he's costing us tries. Hopefully Kennedy isn't as slow as he used to be. That will fix a lot with his game. I think probably short 20 minute stints is the way to use him cos he does get through a lot of work when he's out there but that means he gets tired and costs us with slow reload and trying to slow down the PTB excessively.
