I was under the impression he was pretty well marched out the door for that BS?
Hopefully he's learned 2 important lessons:
1) 'Sports scientist' who wears a lab coat everywhere (for show... he's not in an effing lab and he gets his peptides/'knowledge' straight from some beefhead in Thailand... probably got his degree there too) says he's magically discovered a substance that does the same thing as steroids but he swears it's natural/legal. RUN!!! If it were legal then the Roosters' staff would be onto it already...
2) Some dude comes to you with a new high tech diet that promotes excessively high consumption of fat and protein. The diet promises to 'clense' you, stop 'bloating' and is apparently the same diet that cavement ate (oh christ, the old 'call to nature' argument is getting old... might as well start drinking a litte of chlorophyll every night). It's a con job!! The club's doctors and dieticians put in a LOT more hours of study/research than your local crossfit jerk for a reason... they are professionals!! Listen to your club professionals, not the snake oil man who has worked with stars like Paul Gallen and Sandor Earl.
