  • Did the NRL just reject/delay our application for Fergo's reinstatement

interesting tweet from Fergo tonight https://twitter.com/Fergyferg4/statu...22971448684545

sounds like no decision on his future is going to be made any time soon, the club has stated they hoped to have him cleared to start training when they return on November 12th so you would assume they would have approached the NRL with a contract recently.

not that much should be read into it but sportal was running a story today that Fergo might have to sit out the start of the 2015 season as the NRL is not yet convinced he has earned his shot at redemption.

The NRL can get ****ed. I loathe the administration.

Auva'a gets a 1 week preseason suspension for bashing his GF and yet Fergo still can't play after 18 months?

They can **** right off. He surely should be cleared or we should take the wankerd to court.

just making an observation on a comment from Fergo himself, obviously something has happened for him to voice his frustration of not knowing when he will be allowed to return.

who knows where the NRL stands on his reinstatement, like most of their policies they seem to make things up on the run.

“Someone needs to tell us what the hell is going on at the NRL because they set out a list of requirement Blake had to meet and with the support of his girl he has not just met them he has gone above and beyond them but we still can’t get any response from them,” Mundine said. “This is a young guy who is trying to do some good, trying to be better and no one there seems to care.

“On top of that Blake is a character — he is one of those rare types that people pay to see and after seeing Sonny and Sammy Burgess and now Jarryd Hayne walk out the door I would have thought getting Blake back on the field would be a priority. ”
Bit of a sad representation of affairs when Anthony Mundine is the one speaking logical sense on the issue.

I bet they'll be quick to let Packer play league STRAIGHT after marching out of jail.

ant thing to do with the roosters takes longer to get a decision. they know how good the chooks will be in 2015, and they know a fergo type player is enough to take away any chance of the vermins ,nrl, and nein back to back dream.

the NRL's way of thinking is better suited to registering him just prior to Canberra game

To think what they are doing to this young man compared to that fuq from Souths Auv a'a is criminal. NRL are a bunch of C*nts!

I thought that deal to buy into Souths was legal. Do you know something about him stealing Chinese money to do it or something?

And I know you mean Russell. But he's not a walk up start either, apparently.

The tweet doesn't give too much away.

Maybe he's just frustrated at having to wait so long.

I'm sure it will be fine.

So it seems that Flanagan has been cleared to be head coach of the sharks.

I'm not trivialising what both persons have been proven guilty of doing, but I'd say surely this clears the way for Fergo.

                            Thoughts? Are the two related?

Put it this way Axe, if Fergo wanted to play for lol@$ouff$ or bull$cumdog$hit, he would have been cleared to play long ago! The NRL just love us to bits!
The year 2013 marks the beginning of the Roosters next 'decade of excellence', and it will prove to be more successful than the last!
