I was referring to Asipeli Fine, he's a top yound kid who is going great at training, very explosive attacking game, just needs to improve his defence but he is getting specialist training in that area (something that smith and his staff are very good at doing and something that freddy and his staff were utterly useless at doing). We wont see him for much of the first half of the year due to his waverley committments but he is making a big impression already at training. He's a local junior who loves our club so that is another positive.
Asipeli Fine is a very explosive player. His defence is not really that bad, it's just his positioning out on the edges and on the wing that needs to be worked on. His technique though is top notch. He is young enough to play SG Ball this year and is a few years away from being ready for NRL but he definitely has the potential to be up there soon along with Boyd Cordner, Cheyse Blair and Jacob Miller. Keep an eye out for Keanu Te Kiri. Great little player and will be very useful for us. Can play in the halves or at fullback. One of the best players in his age group.
