    Nathan Stapleton.........

    He was laughable when he played for the sharks and now it's not very funny at all. The guy is massive. His arms have their own post code. Watched him in the nines today and it would've been really funny if he wasn't wearing red white and blue!!

    Every decision he made was the wrong one. Put him in the 2nd row for reggies and never give him the honour of playing firsts.

    He is a terrible player however it is thankful that he will not be in the first grade options for our team unless we have an injury crisis.

    I could not understand why some fans were very keen to see him in our team and after seeing his performances in the Auckland tournament I was reminded why

          Don't know what you guys are on about. He was ok without being spectacular in the group games (had very little ball due to other team mates giving it away), and was strong in the qtr.
          Making Steve Naughton look like Vince Mellars...

            What is it with your obsession with Ruben?? Extremely strange to bring him up in a thread about Stapo.

            POS saw it fit to get him. He looked a million dollars in the 20's, then like so many do, when it comes to the big step up he was found lacking.

                    Steve Naughton/Justin Carney/Brent Grose style of purchase. Very long line ahead of him for fg and from what I see, nothing special. I've been wrong before though.
