Not wrong....in 2013 sheck had SBW and Guerra roving on the right feeding him oppotunities where as 2014 those two were not playing the same ...more tighter .Its not exactly that SKD would put any thing on.....but in hind sight been more of a meter eater winger last year has toughened the kid up...he will put his body on the line just like phillips and mini before him.

I watched him quite a lot in the U20's....he played fullback and 5/8th and was a stand out ...with a Fiitleresque pass in his arsenal i always believed he was gonna be a great 5/8TH ONE DAY but that remains to be seen....that footwork of his on the fringes will be awesome.hopefully he will live up to it...he will make the odd mostake settling in.Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

Thanks SoS & SG for the updates.
The powers that be should seriously consider live streaming this game. Miss the opportunity this year, but learn for your mistakes.
Comps aren't won in February, but 36-6 over Manly is a great indicator of what is to come.
Bring on Round 1.

Also those RTS knockers or should I say doubters from recent times will be on the back foot this morning. He has a way to go but under Mini's guidance & most importantly the on field verbal communications from RTS is a sign he's got the systems in place to develop further.
I have also suggested that Liu's place in the team is under threat given the likes of Evan's, Kennedy, Takeiaho, Manu are putting their hands up.
It's only a trial but our first game will be a humdinger against who I believe to be the next best team besides us to challenge the title."Qui audet adipiscitur"

Got to be impressed with that as our final trial against a good side.
Our defence was terrific and the pleasing thing was how our energy increased momentum the longer the game went. No lightning starts and gradual fades here.
Very few forwards trying to offload after hitting the line...it was all about gaining yards and controlling possession which we did very well.
JWH showed a bit more grunt in bending the line in this game which was good...but only played first half..hope alls ok there.
All the fringe guys played really well probably Evans the pick. Strangest build on a guy you would see but has power obviously... If he had any more bulk he would be unstoppable.
Wyong Roos will get some handy players joining their squad whatever.
Thought Pearcey played a quiet hand with Maloney more involved in the key plays... But that's good..its about him picking his mark better and I think he was one line challenge for one try so can't complain.
Young Horrie didn't seem to get much game time unfortunately...not a big fan of the mcilrick/maubs hooker combo which it looks like Robbo is going to run with.
Ferguson looks dangerously ready to go.
Disappointing crowd but a good night for Easts.#We Stand with ourJewish community#

Nothing wrong with good discussion either way about players.
First time I saw RTS play he seemed like a centre or 5/8.
I'm a massive RTS fan but still have my doubts about him at fullback.
I just question his speed and his ability to cover the field at times.
All the other aspects of his game are pretty much flawless.
Whatever happens he is going to be very exciting to watch and he will do some spectacular things.

it was great to see the boys back on rthe field again, they've obviously worked hard, fitness appeared much higher amongst the roosters, great enthusiasm in defence was a highlight for me, as a consequence manly lost a few bruised players in second half and opened up to the roosters speed machine! its obvious marty intends to have a big year he was trying to be in everything, cant remember a mk penalty , the refs were getting dizzy from blowing the whistle!
