... when I bought the seats from tiketek online I thought they were allocated seats? apparently not, no staff around to ask either! Pathetic really! this is nrl big league not Sunday arvo club footy!

Yeah that was my experience. I got a good seat anyway (behind some Manly fans in the Chookpen and a bogan Roosters lady who kept screaming out BS/incorrect player names/her own twisted interpretation of the rules/multiple profanities and embarrasing my club allegence in front of Manly fans).

I'm guessing it was a trial and they were just more 'lax' about it. However, they did set categories for Chookpen, Manly, General, Reserved...etc. Not sure why my tickets had no marking, especially when I pid $20 each (when I expected them to be $10.20 as advertised).

Meh still cheap and a good game. Deserves mention though.

Ok I will tell you but don't tell anyone else. It's the old inside pockets of the overcoat & 2 in the binocular case works every time.
I also have my mini chilled esky with the chicken, salads, rolls, fruit & water inside it but I pull all that out & put the Tooheys new or Carlton dry beers in it. Happy days.
