  • Question re Gosford Trial

This game marks my return to Roosters footy as I'm not attending the Foundation Cup.

Just a query - are the tickets in the Roosters Supporters bay usually allocated or is it just a seat anywhere and first come first served as to the where you sit?

Whenever I've gone to this trial in the past I've had reserved tickets outside the Roosters bay and I'm trying to work out what I want to do this year.

    Cheers

Hi NC i will be attending the Gosford game aswell as i live 15 minutes away. Not sure about the seating situation, but may i suggest that for anyone from the chookpen going to the game to allocate a bay for everyone to ask to get a ticket in that section. What do you think?
Bay 29 for example is general admission and is on about the 30 metre line closest to the scoreboard..would be a good spot for the group to gather i think.

I've looked on the Bluetongue Stadium venue plan and there is an allocated bay for Rooster fans (Bay 8 from memory), as there is for Tigers, Parra and Cronulla fans.

$25 per ticket (adult). And I assume that's where some of the Rooster fans will sit.

The Rooster fans will sit in the allocated bay, usually one upstairs one down, bays 7 and 39 I think.... and they are un reserved seats, just the bay.....

Cheers Phantom. I'll have another look at the Stadium plan as I could only see 1 Roosters Bay downstairs on concourse level last time I checked out it.

But perhaps I just had a 'boy's look.

I'll be giving my niece a lift whose a Sharks fan so she'll want to get there for the first match. We'll set off straight after visiting Dad at the nursing home.

Dont quote me on the actually bays NC....I was just going off last year, but the year before they were 9 and 41....who knows....

Have a good first game back.....we wont be going.....have Luna Park the next day and Foster.....but will def be at the Foundation Cup....

I just had a look and I guess its because there are 4 teams they have to accomodate.....I keep forgetting its a double header.....

Was toying with going to Foundation Cup but the timing just wasn't right, espec as it's a Sunday night with work the next day.

I'm volunteering on the Sat and the thought of going to see Dad on the Sunday (always a draining experience) and then going straight to the footy from south west and then getting home late and work the next day sounded too much like hard work.

For Gosford at least I've got the Sunday to relax.

I am working a bar job on the day of the Foundation Cup 12-5 and then free drinks after that so i don't think i will be going to the Foundation Cup.

For the Gosford trial i work till 4pm on the Saturday so i doubt whether i will do the trip up to Blue Tongue.
