I think it's an interesting line up, I like the fact that Maubs is in the backrow and I am keen to see how he goes.
I think others are spot on about Jones, he has been given a shot to see how versatile he can be.
Looking forward to the game to see what has changed from last year

So Carney is going to play fullback.......OK...get over it. Surely Smith knows more about football than any of us....and Im prepared to give him the chance to prove it.....Fullback in attack can be played like an extra 5/8 th anyway, and in defence we have Mini and Sam Perret ( to pretty fair fulbacks in their own right) to support Carney. I think this could be a masterstroke, with his speed and his GREAT kicking game......I hope it comes off.

Carney is without doubt the biggest ratbag in the world, with the most audacious prospect this team has EVER had. He will fill any back line postion and succeed. He will....if he stays out of trouble, be as big of a signing as Brad Fittler was.
His playing game will encourage our forwards to be better forwards.
I cream thinking of Mini at his best running off the oportunities that Carnage will provide him.
Ryles will need an enema though.

I actually knew him and his family quite well. My brother went to school with him at Waverley College.
I would have felt as big as you do when you speak to your "high up" sources at the club.
You are such a wanker.
You would have been one of those blokes that played on the wing in the "D's" at school. You know, the bloke everyone laughed at.
But now you have the protection of an alias on a forum so you can show the world that you really do know everything.
Have you written a book on how knowledgeable you are yet?
Would be a great read.
