Williamson is also playing for Newtown, which he expected after his time off.

were you thinking we had made a few signings in the past few days?

I think it's an interesting line up, I like the fact that Maubs is in the backrow and I am keen to see how he goes.

I think others are spot on about Jones, he has been given a shot to see how versatile he can be.

Looking forward to the game to see what has changed from last year

Did'nt Covell captain the gummies in a few last year?

So Carney is going to play fullback.......OK...get over it. Surely Smith knows more about football than any of us....and Im prepared to give him the chance to prove it.....Fullback in attack can be played like an extra 5/8 th anyway, and in defence we have Mini and Sam Perret ( to pretty fair fulbacks in their own right) to support Carney. I think this could be a masterstroke, with his speed and his GREAT kicking game......I hope it comes off.

Sometimes having to many play makers can be a bad thing.

It depends on whether the halves have flair. Pearce is an organizer and Braith is a high percentage player who isn't going to create you a try from thin air. That's why the x-factor ie Carney is a great addition.

We have not had that problem for a few years now...we can do with one at least...playing him at the back might not be the ideal thing though...

That must have made you feel like a big man.. I can imagine you puffed your chest out as you told him.. As you walked away he would have been thinking "and the idiots were paying me a $100K a season to do it and you were paying $15 to watch me".

Carney is without doubt the biggest ratbag in the world, with the most audacious prospect this team has EVER had. He will fill any back line postion and succeed. He will....if he stays out of trouble, be as big of a signing as Brad Fittler was.

His playing game will encourage our forwards to be better forwards.

I cream thinking of Mini at his best running off the oportunities that Carnage will provide him.

Ryles will need an enema though.

That's actually his brother Matt. I bumped into him at the Cloey a few weeks ago.

Matt ran the Mill Hill for years and often had ex Roosters drink there like Trewhella, Salvatori, Tim Dwyer, Mike McClean and Trevor Patterson. They were animals on the drink.

Oh the tosser is back in town.

I actually knew him and his family quite well. My brother went to school with him at Waverley College.

I would have felt as big as you do when you speak to your "high up" sources at the club.

                                You are such a wanker.

You would have been one of those blokes that played on the wing in the "D's" at school. You know, the bloke everyone laughed at.

But now you have the protection of an alias on a forum so you can show the world that you really do know everything.

Have you written a book on how knowledgeable you are yet?

                                Would be a great read.

                                Tool.
