I assume Arona, Baiteri, Du Plessis, Foran, Ford, Guerra, Kouparitsas, Masoe, Symonds, Towers, Tuigamala and Williamson all played in the Saturday night match as none of them featured in Newtowns loss against Wests yesterday.

Nothing on the Jets website about the Saturday night game.
Sorry everyone the game Williamson played in was a Roosters 2nd side against West Tigers on Saturday night. Roosters won 34/12 and most of the players mentioned by Rooster Mania were playing.

Is there any mention of this game on either the Roosters or West Tigers websites

So only our Harold Matthews team lost on the weekend, albeit by 2 points.

          Bright start to the year.

I'd like to reserve judgment until he is given a chance on the wing.
Interestingly, how do you rate him? Is he only a winger or can he play centre?
Mostly he played down the left wing, the combination of Graham and Croker I thought was great. These 2 were my favourites. I do rate him highly in attack, in defense he wasn't an enforcer (watmough, gallen type) in my opinion. If he can stay injury free, I do think he's a good buy, I would have liked him to stay but Raiders management wanted to keep the young guys coming through, understanderable I think.

He looked the goods. Big, strong, highly skilled and fast.

He is going to be a regular 1st grader at some stage soon.

That's what I thought. Leulia and Blair locked that left side pretty well in the 2nd half.

Together they locked up the left sideline. I didn't see them tested with high kicks. Did I miss this? What is their background? Recent acquisitions to the club?

They will pressure Perrett and SKD. It's all about creating competition for spots.

A question was previously asked why Fittler didn't stand down players who did not support him; the answer is he didn't have quality backup. This year appears different.

Roosters website say that he might have incured an eye injury? Do you know any more about this?
Dead set he attracts injury no matter how random they are!

Was hard to tell because he was wearing huge reflective sunglasses. He's a very pleasant bloke to talk to.....really down to earth. Not stuck up like some other players.

When did you talk to him?

I hope he at least has a smooth run with injuries and suspensions so we can see what hes got!

He's a winger. Why on earth would you compare his defense to "enforcers" like Gallen and Watmough
