Justin Poore only started to have his breakout year in the final games of Ryles's last season.

Ennis wasn't half the player back then that he is now, hindsight is a wonderful thing isn't it?

Dean Young, Payne & Ashton Sims? Seriously... these guys have been nothing but potential for years now. Young some what excepted but he was hardly a great play in years gone.

Bailey was very solid along with Timmins.

Young was promising but always injured for long periods of time.

Thompson was a workhorse but was never anything flash.

They obviously weren't fans of Ennis as they pissed him off to Broncos.

Ryles from a young age was cast as the foundation of that pack. That's why most of those blokes ended up leaving while Ryles was a constant for something like 9 seasons?

Bennet let him go due to his philosophy of not paying big money for front rowers. Look at their front row this season. They got Prior playing up front. The worst thing is that he gets the most out of these nuffies.

Mason was coming back from a serious knee injury and will be playing much better football at the cowboys, thats not to say the guy isnt a cancer for other younger players, but he will play better footy this year.

He is also correct that wooden spooners getting 6 consecutive tv games the year after is quite perplexing considering theres over half a dozen clubs whos games rate higher then ours.

...and once again the man is correct ion stating that Ryles is one of the most overrated players of the last decade and is the worst buy of the season, and the jury is still out on Carny, alcoholism is a disease, lets see how long he can stay on the wagon.

Aside from that any non-bias footy fan will agree that the chooks will be in the bottom 4-5 this year. Just look at our foreward pack and depth compared to every other club. Were still 3 yrs away from being a competetive team.

We won't be anywhere near the bottom 4. You are seriously overrating a lot of other clubs if you think they are that much better than us. Our problem last year was discipline and coaching. Look at the minor premiers, they have Hornby and ****ing Young in the 7 and 9. Useless.

As for Tries off Kicks supporting the News ltd line, big surprise there. Boooring.

I could count on one hand the amount of times any of our combined forward pack did that last season.

The attitude he has brought with him and implemented with the one guys is second to none, he upped Todd carney in regards to his choice of clothing for an official Roosters outing.

He will be a very good buy, not a great buy

if you actually decide to read my next post, i actually rate Ryles, the way your companies journo, (and i use the term losely), his tag of ryles being overrated leads the average joe that ryles is rated beyond his ability and role at the club.

Ryles is rated, not as highly, or as over as Gibberer rothfield thinks.
