I've seen everybody play this off-season and my side for Round One against the Rabbitohs would be:

    1. Todd CARNEY
    2. Anthony MINICHIELLO
    3. Joseph LEILUA
    4. Shaun KENNY-DOWALL
    5. Phil GRAHAM
    6. Braith ANASTA (C)
    7. Mitchell PEARCE
    8. Frank PAUL-NUUAUSALA
    9. James AUBUSSON
    10. Jason RYLES
    11. Tom SYMONDS
    12. Mitch AUBUSSON
    13. Nate MYLES

    14. Ben JONES
    15. Lopini PAEA
    16. Aiden GUERRA
    17. Isaac MALIOTA

In all honesty, I'd like to see Joseph Leilua start in the backrow but he is inexperienced and still young. I'd like to see an explosive player partner Tom Symonds in the backrow but there isn't much left to choose from. Although I considered Mose Masoe playing a wider role in the backrow but he too is still inexperienced and yet to debut. I went with Isaac Maliota on the bench in front of Martin Kennedy because last night in the NYC game, he was impressive and kept working hard. I thought he went well in the Foundation Cup as well. Overall, it's a pretty good team.

would be surprised to see both Ryles and Anasta start in round 1, if the Sydney Morning Herald is correct this morning both are only returning to full training later this week, will not have enough match condition to handle a hot sunday afternoon, would prefer to see especially Anasta play a few games for Newtown to gain some confidence it was a horrific injury and he would be a passenger if he was brought straight into first grade.

Brian Smith for whatever reason will name Kouparitsas on the bench, still don't see why he loves him so much.

sad to see JWH return delayed until round 5 at the earliest, such a shame to see JWH,Cherro and Cordner go down at the same time.

From reports I've heard, Wearea-Hargreaves will most likely return around the Round 7-9 mark.

I spoke to Ryles yesterday and he indicated that he will be spot on for Round 1

They look as though they haven't seen a cake of soap or a comb for many a year. And forget about owning a razer.

If the Roosters achieve nothing more in 2010 they must give their supporters at least 1 win against the Vermin. They owe us at least that after losing to them twice last year!

I think "shit" is a bit tough, not as effective as previous years maybe

If that's the case I'm happy they don't show the rest - I'd have nightmares for weeks.

You have to ask what rocks they crawl out from under come March each year. Hopefully they'll be crawling back under them after witnessing a few Vermin losses.

                          I know.

It looked like a trailer for that old film "Freaks".

What's Sam Perrett done wrong to miss out?He will be fit for Round 1.

Can't say I saw Maliota do a whole lot - but I didn't go to Gosford.

Can you imagine the problems that would occur with all the mardi gras people coming down anzac pde and finding out that half the people in the footy stadium don't have any teeth, it would be bedlam
Let's think laterally for a minute.
Mardi Gras, male Souffs fans with no teeth, I can see a financially rewarding and mutually acceptable arrangement for all

I was under the impression that Perrett wouldn't be fit for Round One but if he is, of course he will be in the team. Phil Graham back to the centres if Perrett is fit.
