I've been talking to many friends of mine, both Roosters, Eels and Rabbitohs supporters and they have all been giving me inconclusive thoughts about the upcoming Round 1 blockbuster. Just wanted to get an idea of how you guys think we might go with this game.

Signs were good during the trials, but do you really think its good enough to defeat a pretty good looking Rabbitohs squad?

I'm tipping us but unless we get in front early, I'll be watching with a hand over my eyes.

it will be a tough battle, in the souffs trials, they flogged manly and drew with saints.

With ours we won 3 out of 4 with 3 of them being VERY convincing.

i think our main area of question is the forwards, that could be because all the talk has been about the souffs forwards and our boys have been very quiet.....then again, that can be a good thing.

I think we will win by 1 - 12, it will not be until a few rounds in until we will be slaying sides 13+

I'd feel a lot more confident if we had Anasta & JWH though...JWH would have shortened up Burgess quick smart...

It's great seeing the Bunnies become a Hollywood team while we are becoming the underdogs. Quite the role reversal, however I actually think we can win games.

I think we'll win by a margin of 1-12. They might look better on paper, but on form we seem to be running hot at the very moment. Our backs are capitalising on the go forward provided by our big men up front, namely Frank Paul Nuuausala and Lopini Paea. Add Jason Ryles to the mix and we're looking pretty strong across the park. Shaun Kenny-Dowall is looking the goods too.

Lacking a strong enforcer in our pack is a weakness as well till JWH is back.

What have they done to deserve the plaudits? Everone is carrying on about Taylor, everyone is carrying on about Burgess. The only good player they have is Sutton. Let's be serious here.
