Have you ever seen Phil Graham play in the Centres? He played for Country in the Centres ffs.

If he stays fit he will be Roosters leading tryscorer by a country mile. He is completely wasted on the Wing and ill suited to kick returns. Much better hitting holes off Pearce, Anasta or Carney. Defensively he is not big, but he never cold misses a tackle and rarely makes a bad read, just hangs on and tries to wrap up the ball until help arrives or snipes an intercept, only really potentially gets burnt if he's defending against someone with freakish offloading ability like SBW. Luckily it seems Smith is smart enough to realise all of this and hence he is in the right spot.

I have in fact mate and long before you ever would have...when he was playing for the dolphins. I just think he is suspect in defence and at his age better suited on the wing.

Played for the Dolphins in 2000/2001 I think before the Raiders snapped him up. Scored a great length ofd the field try in the GF against Toowoomba at Dolphin Oval. Always had lightening speed.

Sydney Roosters

Roosters skipper Braith Anasta is 16 games short of the 200 milestone. He made his debut against Parramatta as an 18-year-old in 2000, with Steve Price and Willie Mason his only teammates from that day still playing in the NRL.

Mitchell Pearce has already played 65 NRL matches at just 20 years of age, and his partnership with Todd Carney and Braith Anasta plus the tutelage of Brian Smith could see this as the breakthrough year for "Junior Junior".

Sam Perrett needs another six matches for 100 career games.

Nate Myles needs another 12 for his first 100 career games

Brian Smith requires five more losses to become just the second coach behind Tim Sheens to chalk up 250 defeats. That is a lot of unhappy Monday mornings.

now all we need to do is make sure the last one does not happen, actually, if we only lose 5 games in 2010, i will be happy !!!!!
