Does Carney playing for the Roosters take pressure of Braith Anasta who has been the chief playmaker over the past few years with a rookie inside him?

At times I think he has tried too hard, his play has become predictable but surely now with Pearce looking like he will finally establish himself as the player we knew he could be and Carney taking on some of the ball playing and ball running roles Anasta can play his natural game of just sitting at second receiver and calling for the ball when he needs it rather than when the team needs something to happen.

I think Braith puts the pressure on himself, subconsciously at least, probably due to being named rookie of the year way back in 2001 and being labelled as the next Brad Fittler, thats a huge amount of pressure to put on any kid.

I really like the guy and hope he does just play as PART of the TEAM, because Carney and Pearce need to be lat run the game, I hope Braiths ego doesnt get in the way.
