            not surprising to see that the club was being a little optimistic about Tom Symonds injury, they have already extended his stay on the sidelines to 4-6 weeks, don't be surprised if it extends further once they get him back into training and the knee is placed under stress, if it is anything like Stephen Gilham's(Hawthorn AFL) recovery from the same injury it will be a slow frustrating process.

              Damn, bugger, shyte. Let him get fully fit by the sounds of it otherwise it will just prolong the process.

                Just heard a caller on 2sm who spoke too Tom Symonds after the game yesterday and he is likely out until round 8 unfortunately.
