The Roosters used up most of their energy scoring more than 40 points. Not surprising they were exhausted at the end. The Tigers were always going to come back near the end, the trick was to get too far ahead of them to make a last gap win a possiblity - and our blokes achieved that.
I'd rather the last few tries hadn't happened, but they weren't unexpected.
I had the SportsEars on and when the Tigers got to 30 you could hear one of the refs saying "how can the Tigers score 30 and still lose". When the other team scores more you idiot
On another note, By the end of the game, I swear if I heard those bloody refs calling "Jason" or "Shaun" one more time I was going to crack it. You'd swear they were the only two players on the field. Certainly they were the two catching the refs' attention. I suppose I should give them a little credit - at least they didn't penalise them unduly.
