Who remembers Maubs runaway try I think in 08, when he fended the winger 3 times?

It was against the Tigers aswel lol. Wonder if it was the same winger, would be quite funny if it was.

That was a classic, maybe the days of the neanderthals is finally coming to an end, the pace of the game now is making it hard for anyone over 105kgs, and the mobile guys with some sped off the mark and some kind of step will become much more important. I think every team needs at least one enforcer, but the days of the big lumbering forward may be over, I like the speed and mobility of our pack, and I think both the Aubs will have great years.

Maubs is the form backrower of the comp, along with Myles, after two rounds. If he keeps it up, he could become the best forward in the game. Thats a big statement I know, but I just can't believe how he is playing. The potential is definatly there. Just awesome.

He is certainly playing well...looks like his apprenticeship in FG might be coming to an end and we are seeing the finished version...it looks nice out there in the RWB...
