Aiden Guerra and Brad Takairangi have both looked quite good in their limited time, particularly Guerra. Its great to have a young unknown forward burst on to the scene at our club instead of us going out and purchasing players who have already made a name for themselves. Even much maligned players such as Daniel Conn and Nick Kouparitsas have done their part in helping us to consecutive victories for the first time since 2008.

It looks like he's trying to replicate the Melbourne Storm model where he picks 3 or 4 marquee players then picks the eyes out of the juniors and lower grade competitions to make up the top 25.

Lets hope that we see the emergence of a few more up and comers as the season progresses.
What has brad T done that was so impressive? All i remember was he came on and stuffed up a play the ball. I guess some ppls are easily pleased.

Jason Ryles and Phil Graham were brian Smith signings. One impressive signing i.e Aiden Guerra out of 10 or more is hardly a good batting average.
JWH hasn't done nothing yet so we cannot judge that signing yet. The jury of still out on P.O.S. This dude was as responsible as any for our spoon in 2009.

Tevita. Released. Not very good apparently.

POS 3 of his best, Samau Smith, Sisa Waqa & Tevita Folau.

Letting go of Blake Ayshford, James Tamou & Antonio Winterstein.

So far he has not discovered anybody. Adian Guerra came through the Storm system.

many people on here have the idea that the Raiders paid a fortune for him. I'm just wondering if anyone can post a single media report that mentions a figure.

              I believe it's a myth

How much do you think a Queensland State of Origin and Australian international representative prop forward should get?

Nobody knows what any player is earning.

He was neither when Canberra signed him.
