Don't even compare Pearce's performances thus far with Hegarty's in our colours
they are not even on the same planet.

Some of these creditable journos(there are 1 or 2) know alot more than we would like to beleive, who do people think start thses rumours, usually the player or his manager to get his name out there.

When did he play soccer??????????
From 2002 to 04, hegs played origin and test footy, he thoroughly deserved his selections, they werent given too him because 5 players were injured, or because his 5/8 was selected.
Hegs was a class act and best wing/centre in the game, injury ****ed his career, never again got fully fit, he has acheived more than pearce ever will in the game.
The only thing hegs done wrong apart from joining souffs was become mr clappy when el masri scored.

If he ends up a decent first grade footballer, that will do me fine, but to think he will be the next Joey johns is laughable.
He will be lucky to reach Mat (the lesser brother) johns mediocre heights.
But continue to beleive if you will, thats your problem not mine
