Setu seems to be a bit lighter on his feet in attack than FPN, e.g. he has a big side step. But they both have the same offloading ability/problem.
In defence, FPN is MUCH better. Setu seems to hang around a bit too wide of the ruck, and countless times in his stay at the Broncos have I seen him completely wrongfooted by a fast moving backrower or centre.
FPN tends to stay in the middle of the field, and although he has a habit of flopping late, he has strong defensive technique, and his tackling workrate has increased tremendously this season.
