The guy is our captain & highest paid player..
He has captained us to 5 or 6 of the worst losses in the history of our club..
& he has accomplished this in 20 months on the job..
I think you will find the buck stops with him..
Our captain & highest paid player..
You know the guy..
I'm able to watch the game without bias, and lay the blame across the people who performed poorly instead of dumping it all on one bloke.

This guy is reminding me more and more of Finch every week. Finch plays with heart and passion but is an absolutely average first grader.
I can't believe people go on and on about him on this forum.
If only braith didn't have a nice set of teeth, he would be bucky mark II and FOBA would be well established by now.

I don't solely blame him for our loss..
I just don't forget he is our captain & marquee signing..

but i also think the Roosters are better served with Carney at five eighthWhen you trust your television

now i'm not sure Myles can handle prop as he has dropped a lot of weight... otherwise, i still think the above is the best line up in the core positions

Guys, we lost across the park today. We did not lose because of 1-2 players.
Did you hear the ferocious tackles they laid on us? Luke Lewis et. al. shook our backline each time we had the ball. I changed my opinion of this Penrith team after watching them today. They will make the top 6 based on this performance. Big, strong and fast.
We were beaten in every position from 1-17. I'm sure each of our players tried their best but now is the time for Smith to make some tough decisions and move some players on and move others into their correct positions. Smith has the wisdom and experience to do this. He should, by now understand our players' strengths and areas of improvement.
Blaming Anasta is fruitless. True, he made some errors today, but he was not Robinson Crusoe.
Penrith was the 1st team to test Carney under the bomb. He also failed the test. Is anyone blaming him? This would also be fruitless IMHO.
Instead of blaming individuals, let's ask Smith to make some rightful decisions and help the team achieve its potential. If this means moving Anasta to the forwards and Carney to 5/8 and Minii to FB; then so be it; but please don't blame the players.
Be patient for a few more weeks. After that; then Smith needs to deliver the team as the correct package with players in their rightful positions.Written and published on behalf of the Liberal Party, Queensland

I don't know who told these blokes they're all Sonny Bill Williams, but they've got the offloading skills of a quadriplegic.
Kouparitsis is deluding himself. He can tackle and pass, but his kicking game is about as existent as the Loch Ness monster.
Lopini Paea is all potential and no heart. We need the opposite. FPN made some improvement, but **** me he's got a long way to go.
Ryles was solid, sure. But we didn't sign him to be solid. We signed him to lead the pack. We need some grunt, some fire and some heart. A Civoneciva. Ryles isn't it at the moment.
Jesus, JWH better be as good as they say, or we're boned.
Not even Pearce/Carney can win games with this lot going backwards.
Only people who can hold their heads up after that performance are Myles, Aubusson, and SKD, who ran well at times.
Pearce and Carney tried hard, as did Anasta, but all three were poor. Braith, as much as you're a top bloke who cares about the club, you need to lift, badly, or there's the door.
Still though, it isn't quite panic stations yet. The Panthers, when you look at it, are a damn good team. Civoneciva, Waterhouse, Pritchard, Lewis, Jennings are all stars, and game-winners on their day, and the rest of them, Walsh, Coote, Gordon, Tighe, Paulo, Grant, Kingston etc. are all very capable. There isn't a weak link in that side, tbh. They aren't playing to their full potential, but if they do, they'll go a long way.
At least Smith will do something if this continues.
Until then, all hail JWH, saviour of the RW&B?
