I thought he went well yesterday.

He's getting involved alot more & looking better when he runs, one poor dropped ball early on but overall is definately on the improve. Hopefully he can keep it going & we can get some potent attack on both sides of the field as Graham does look dangerous but he's a bit brittle.

Graham seems to have picked up exactly where Ryan Cross left off in 2006.

Fast, can break the line often, but always seems to get up with a limp, and you always fear as though he has done something.

Yes SKD had a very good game. His defense has improved, but how much more potent does he look in attack! That ball he threw around the corner to Pearce was awesome. Ashame Pearce dropped it

It's those little errors that are costly. On most occasions the opposition score from the next set and the rot begins.

How hard is it to hold the farking ball!

i feel skid is coming along nicely, its amaqzing how much a player can improve when he has some real coaching, from a coach not a yesterday superstar!

Perret is the same IMO they bring themselves un-done with the poor ball carries

He still made 2 errors in one half of football.

Unacceptable for someone in his fourth season of first grade.

I agree he is doing well. He still gets in trouble with his defensive reads and makes some handling errors, but generally his defence is good and he looks dangerous in attack. He also works hard getting the ball out from our own line.

He is still only 22 as well.

Considering the centres was our biggest hole last year, Graham and SKD are doing a great job.

Like the rest of the team, they just need some consistency.

                  Are you for real ?

That happened on the 2nd tackle, in Penriff's half. After defending for a large period of time, that was our chance to mount any kind of pressure.

The dropkick goes for an around the corner pass into Pearce's shoes.

The pass was shit. The idea was shit. It made me tear my hair out.

The bloke constantly does it and it kills the team. As Vasco said, unacceptable for a bloke in his 4th season of first grade.

He makes metres with his runs, and so he should, he is a big boy. I don't see having that offence as being worth it when he is good for 2-3 errors per game. Simple errors too.

I'll have to watch it again but I'm reasonably sure the pass was not at Pearces shoes and should have been taken.

It was passed anywhere but his chest.

                      That's my first issue.

My second one was that it was thrown in the first place considering the situation.

It was a fantastic ball! And from memory, it was definately catchable. Pearce was through the gap, and was a good chance to score. Can't blame SKD for Pearce knocking it on

So now we pose this question, when an opportunity arrises, be it through a line break or half break, to offload to a support player, do we teach the players to die with the ball and play for the repeat set??????

We would be playing a boring style of football if we did this.

Regardless, it was a half break with Pearce clear in support, if pearce catches the ball..................try.

BTW the pass was to pearces mid section, should have caught it.

It was the second tackle and there was no need for it, it has nothing to do with what style of footy we want to play. We were under the pump and needed possesion badly.

Passes like that remind me of Souths and West Tigers from the last couple of years. Erratic and unpredictable.

All the top teams know when to build pressure and when to display flair. That was a silly mistake which once again put us on the backfoot.

A fantastic ball hits you on the chest.

Dig up some footage of Fittler or Johns. They knew how to throw one of those.
