  • Was Anasta frustrating anyone else??

I cant wait to see the back of this guy.
**** he is well past it.
He was our best 2 years ago, now he is an overpaid hack.

Who else took the $5 at half time.
    Stupid odds.
    barbarian ......arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!!!!!!!

I appreciate the fact that he puts his all in every week but I've finally reached my breaking point with him. It's time for him to move to the pack or shuffle off to England.

Trying hard and putting up bombs just doesn't cut it for a first grade #6.

Personally I have been quite upset with Anasta, he seems to get in the way and his kicking game was for me off. But I thought he did better today. I thought his kicks were more controlled and had promise. THats not including the bomb that eventually won us the game.

Having said all that, I think the money he gets could be better used. I also liked the passion he showed today.

I also show passion towards my wife.
Like Anasta, my passion rarely results in any decent result.

How come nobody gets frustrated by Other players?

I know for a fact that Carney and FPN were twice as frutrating than anyone else.

We didn't even come close to Playing direct today with Todd at 7.

Anasta, when compared to the rest of the team was one of our best today.

FPN was my most frustrating player. In fact, he's probably been my most frustrating player all year. Anasta probably should be in the lock jumper but I can't fault the guy. He tries his hardest, is getting his kicking game back in order and has the desire to win needed by a captain.

I wasn't sick of him when he put up the massive bomb that lead to the match winning try

I wasn't frustrated with FPN when he stormed over for the first try. Might I add that the lead up work to that try was all Nick Kouparitsas. Not only the try assist, but both plays leading up to it.

I wasn't frustrated with that either. I was with the four or five errors he made in the first 20 minutes.

Yeah, Nick had a pretty solid game today. He actually looked a little dangerous on a few occasions. Good on ya lad...

i thought anasta was i of our best today-i also liked how he got fired up after the nate myles tackle i think that was the turning point and as our captain the defensive effort was what galvanised our team.they looked like they were never gonna let the tigers in from there and grind out a determined win.
ON YA BRAITH 8/10 IMO.this game is where ANASTA found his real will to win again and he'll kick on 4 the rest of the season.

best player by the length of Kouparitzas nose was Nate Myles.

                          Carney looked frightened.
I thought Ryles was really good
Mini was solid in D but still hasnt broke a tackle for 4 years

I agree trew. Unfortunately we are stuck with him.

Do the Sharks want a replacement for Barrett?

in the 55th minute anasta was penalised for high shot. he was pumped up and the game was on edge.
in the 58th minute he gets the ball from 1st reciever.....sidesteps 3 times back inside (which stunk of cowardice) and then gently underarmed the ball back....which luckily for us was wrongly called a tigers knockon.

if anasta had turned the ballover then (withouth getting a lucky call) i would have run onto the field and yanked him myself
